Process for Requesting a Return or Refund

  • Contact Us: After receiving your order, send an email to support@bearsprintss.store to reach our customer service staff within 15 days.
  • Provide Information: Clearly state the reason for the return or refund and include your order number, item description, and any relevant details.
  • Wait for Authorization: After reviewing your request, our staff will let you know if the return or refund is permitted and provide additional instructions.
  • Return Shipment (if applicable): If a return is authorized, securely package the item and ship it back according to the provided instructions.

Return & Refund Circumstances and Timeframes

  • Exchanges: To request an exchange, get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your item. Depending on product availability, we will process it as soon as we get the returned item.
  • Faulty or Defective Items: For faulty or defective items, contact us within 15 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs, once the returned item is assessed.
  • Damaged Items: Please contact us within 15 days if your item arrives damaged, and include images of the item and its packaging. Once we get the relevant photos, we will issue a refund or a replacement.
  • Wrong Product Received: You have 15 days to let us know if you receive the wrong merchandise. We will either ship the correct item or issue a refund once the incorrect item has been returned and inspected.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the provided timeframe, please contact us. We will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, give a refund.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested before the item is shipped.

Return Eligibility

A return is only possible if the item is unused, in its original condition, and has all of its tags still on it. Within 15 days following the date of purchase, returns are accepted.

Refund Timeline

After acceptance, refunds are handled to the original payment method in 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, processing timeframes can change.
